The Social, Tech and Governance Implications for infrastructure Design and Development
Social Implications of Emerging Technology
Sustainable solutions derived from quantum innovations within critical infrastructures must be prioritized along side emerging technology advancement by governments and corporations for a meaningful economic recovery at this critical time. Nothing is ordinary about these days, and contrarily unlike any other period in history, the entanglements that bleeds through a divisiveness in political leadership for economic advancement, technology development for the beneficial needs of society to hang unbalance for real progress. We should never be in such a position to think it’s either or, yet at times it often feels we here.
To solve the existential needs for quality societal solutions critical infrastructure, we must understand that the interrelatedness of causations and the discovery of solutions are circular in nature, and highly dependent on a preventive approach for societal ills and the need of reform at the core. It’s important going forward that these critical issues do not remain blinded in a gravitational stagnation, as it weigh heavily on future opportunities for advanced artificial intelligence infrastructure and quantum ecosystems alike. This reflects the evolutionary potential of these technologies.
Yet in today’s environment and in consideration of security, privacy and identity, many questions regarding the delivery of solutions remain. A careless buildout of tomorrow’s technologies is consequential, as today’s Artificial intelligence is not well positioned to solve alone the problems of the world, not to be discouraging but there’s a number of reasons for this, which will be addressed from a place of sensitivity at another time.
With the early progress of artificial intelligence, despite the obviousness of some of its cool advantages, the accelerated momentum of these models and tools have begun to show fatigue highlighting its challenges in a variety of ways. However, as Artificial intelligence currently sits self imposed in the driver seat for new innovations, what we see as existential social issues at the causation of many of the worlds issues need to be addressed at the critical level. As this tool has begun to manifest social concerns exponentially, quietly creating compounding effect on society as it ripples through the digital experience exerting a form of social control. This is not a good thing and this can not happen as it highlights the need for an effective governance of critical social issues. For me, a key example of the misappropriation of AI begins in the education sector, where the quality of education has diminished severely due to a political control that is misaligned with human progress. This is where I place the blame and this is where I point the finger. This is an area that I as the founder and CEO of my company and through the understanding of my quantum translational research realize that at the core of everything we do, we must first and foremost get this part right…....so let me just speak it like this as my passion for this subject at times bubble over; and as my grandfather would often say to us as children when we were more naughty than nice.
“Imma tell you the truth about it”
The failure to properly address for sustainable solutions for issues regarding mental health, autism and other intellectual disability with our children is a mark on the soul of this country. A country that proclaims loudly for the expectation of greatness, yet fail to understand that the “Quant needs the Quali” and that money ain’t everything when you got it. A quality education in this nation should never be at the mercy of funding and budgeting issues for public school or now else. I've noticed an uptick in the downplay of education no matter where its served. Organized education is a good thing and should be discourage on any levels and that especially the case for project the false promise of material comfort. There’s a lot to be understood here. My question here goes to those who have for too long controlled and directed the outcomes of public school systems. How can you legitimately seek to control the education system with the expectation of a bright and prosperous future built of critical knowledge that is necessary, if you don’t understand the workings of this world nor the people in it.
And Here we go sending people to the moon,
what do you know, it’s almost June!!
Today’s children becomes the vessels to carry the knowledge of tomorrow technologies as industry leaders but here we are: And we don’t hold on our hands the ability to force knowledge where it’s not ready, because in grace true, knowledge in quality is subtle and it take precious time for a proper assimilation or else. (and yes I hear myself, and I’m humble to take heed to my own message) But we exist “faked in function” in a world where those who bathe and lather themselves in a perception of their own self-appointed privilege and watch as those who sweat in a negligence for need, undeservingly so too and still having to sit by idled for a place to control their own future. But the irresponsible desire to control of other people should not be allowed to happen. It becomes the very imbalance that continues to pollute for a devolution of the world (Because when it stinks, it sinks) and this in turn eventually fill our schools, our company, our industries and our leadership with the risks of a unknowingness, and even worst the emptiness of not even giving a damn. There’s consequences for our actions not just in this lifetime. Actions that if we fail to address in real time, and where tomorrow is just too late, as no one will be privileged enough to shelter from the actions of yesterday based on a pampered ignorance from the past. We all live here you know and as a collective soul we ain’t goin now where and that includes to other planets that didn’t invite us. Some of us see life in slow motion, I however tend to see life at light speed and it’s rather frustrating I must admit, especially when one sees themselves as just ‘everyday people’. Its’ funny how that song keeps ringing in my head.
“Arrested Development” the music group
was soooo ahead of their time.
Ok so back to my point.
Going forward as we embark on new technologies, I can’t stress how important it is that we are drape the efforts of our actions in ethics in how we proceed in addressing our social behaviors and challenges in the critical areas education, health, energy and agriculture. We all got a lot to learn here, so I'm thinking it’s high time we get on the good foot, or the bad knee or however we may choose to balance ourselves in the world.
With new science based on quantum information at hand, the field of social work becomes an incredibly essential sector for delivering and serving humanity toward this mission with emerging technologies. Yet, as we seek possibilities of new approaches, the design and development of these technologies becomes all the more important. I am convinced that the real bottlenecks of emerging technologies and the potential for its infrastructure lie in chip design as a precursor for simulating nature rather than the actual development itself. As the social and environmental ramification are compounding for risk and consequences here in developing something that does not work well. With quantum technology and its’ solutions, gone are the days of pretending. The design is where the process of deriving at solution lay the foundation for deriving at sustainable infrastructure across the quantum ecosystem and its societal solutions. There is a logical reason for this, as it goes deeper ironically into the understanding of identification for both technology and people. It’s no longer just about an exciting technology producing incredible graphics and what appears to be a massive push across various cultures, because so the question will become how well the technology works across for the benefit of the whole of populations. But today, from what I see AI for those matters remains in a inconclusive state of operation. as a tool. But now is a good time to go deeper into why we need all those dang-on data centers and begin putting things into a proper perspective for advancing the needs of critical infrastructure over the inflated wants for technology. It's all about learning to balance the same package.
